Website and enquiry safeguards
The contact forms share one request service. A success reference is returned only after the request has been stored. Bot verification and submission limits help reduce automated abuse.
The requests dashboard requires company-domain email authentication. Changes to request status and notes record the acting staff email and time. The dashboard is not a public client portal.
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically publish it as a testimonial or portfolio item.
Creative work and attribution
The portfolio includes direct Samim projects, internal work, individual team experience and developing products. Project pages identify scope, collaborators and status where supplied. A collaborator’s contribution is not represented as a direct Samim commission solely because it appears in the portfolio.
AI is used as a tool in selected creative production and is also part of the systems and AI enablement offering. The use and scope vary by project.
Controls to agree for a client project
Before handling restricted client material, the project requirements should identify who can access it, which tools and providers may process it, where it may be stored and what needs to be returned or deleted at handover.
For AI work, the agreement should address approved tools, permitted data, provider retention or training settings, human review, output rights and any actions that require client approval. Product examples in the portfolio do not establish a universal company-wide AI policy.
Institutional requirements and concerns
If your organization requires particular security, accessibility, safeguarding, procurement or data processing conditions, include them in your brief so they can be assessed before an engagement is agreed. No certification or compliance status is conferred by this page.
