Who handles your information
SAMIM STUDIOS L.L.C-FZ handles the information submitted through this website to receive and manage enquiries. Privacy enquiries can be sent to info@samimstudios.com.
Information collected
The forms collect your name, email address, message and selected service. Phone number and company are optional. A selected subscription plan may also be included.
Each request also includes its reference, submission date, language and the page it came from. Following a contact link can include the previous project or service page so the team understands your enquiry. Internal follow-up notes, status changes and staff activity records are stored with the request.
Cloudflare processes connection and device signals for website delivery and bot protection. The request service uses an IP-derived hash for temporary rate limiting; it does not store the raw IP address in the contact record. This does not mean the hosting or security providers do not process IP addresses.
Why it is used
The information supports responding to your enquiry, discussing a proposal or subscription, keeping correspondence together and protecting the forms against abuse. Sending a form does not start a paid subscription or take a payment. The form does not enrol you in a marketing mailing list.
Access, providers and locations
Requests are stored using Cloudflare D1. The private dashboard uses Cloudflare Access sign-in restricted to the configured Samim company email domain. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for bots.
Follow-up may use Google-hosted email. New-request summaries are configured for company and personal Gmail inboxes designated by the company owner. The follow-up automation also uses Codex on the company owner’s workstation, where request exports and notification records may be stored. Automated follow-up assistance can process enquiry content through OpenAI’s Codex service as well as the email provider.
These services may process information outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. We do not represent the website as offering EU-only data storage.
When you play externally hosted media or follow an external link, its provider may receive connection information. See Cookies & media and the Cloudflare Turnstile privacy notice.
Retention and historical enquiries
The dashboard includes selected historical enquiries originally submitted through Webflow as well as new website requests. Historical entries are identified as such; a closed status is not a deletion.
At present, the request system has no automatic deletion schedule for enquiries. Temporary rate-limit records expire and are cleared during subsequent successful submissions. Email correspondence, exported records and provider backups have separate lifecycles.
Your requests and choices
Contact info@samimstudios.com to ask about your information, request access or correction, or request deletion or restrictions on its use. Include your request reference if available; do not send identity documents unless needed and requested through an appropriate channel.
Available rights, response periods and exceptions depend on applicable law. Where relevant, these may include objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and a complaint to the competent data protection authority. Verification may be needed before information is disclosed or changed.
Please do not include passwords, financial account details, medical records or other sensitive material in an initial enquiry. Contact us first to arrange an appropriate way to share project information.
