Using the enquiry forms
The website introduces Samim’s work and services. Contact and subscription forms send an enquiry to the team. They do not create a paid subscription, authorise a charge or provide immediate access to a client delivery platform.
Submit information you are entitled to share. Do not use the forms to send unlawful content, impersonate someone else or interfere with the website.
Project agreements
A project or subscription needs an agreed scope, price, payment schedule and delivery arrangements. Requirements for revisions, third-party costs, final files, source files, licences, confidentiality, personal data and AI tools should be stated in the relevant agreement.
Portfolio credits identify the contribution shown on each project. A displayed client name, film or platform is not a grant of rights to reuse that material.

3. How do Subscription Plans work?
You can choose from various Subscription Plans, each offering a specific number of Credit Points monthly.
Subscriptions automatically renew every month unless cancelled.
5. What happens if I don’t use all my Credit Points?
Credits are valid for 60 days from the date they are issued. Unused credits carry forward within this period, with the oldest credits used first. Renewing or cancelling your subscription does not change their expiry date. If a delay caused by Samim prevents agreed work from proceeding, we will extend the affected credits accordingly.
6. Can I purchase additional one-time credit points?
Yes, you can purchase extra credit points as a one-time addition. They will be priced according to the rates of your selected subscription plan.
Additional credits have the same 60-day validity from the date they are issued.
7. Can I request urgent work?
Yes, you can submit urgent requests, which will be priced and scheduled within 1 business day. Please note that urgent requests may be subject to extra Credit usage based on complexity and rush factor.
8. How do payments work?
- Payments are processed monthly via credit card or online payment gateways, or via bank transfers.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
- Late or declined payments may result in service interruptions.
Samim Studios is not currently registered for VAT and does not currently charge VAT.
9. Can I cancel my Subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the next renewal, so your subscription will not renew again. It does not refund the current subscription period. You can continue using unused credits until their expiry date.
10. Are refunds available?
Unused credits are not refundable in cash as a standard policy. Exceptional refunds may be agreed in writing with Samim Studios. Any approved refund for unused credits is calculated at their original purchase rate, less actual non-recoverable bank or payment processing fees where legally permitted.
If Samim cannot continue agreed work, we will review the affected credits against the work completed and agree an appropriate adjustment. This policy does not limit any refund or other remedy required by law. To request a review, email info@samimstudios.com.
11. Who owns the work created?
- You retain ownership of your original materials.
- Samim Studios retains ownership of the work files but grants you the necessary licenses to use it for your business purposes.
12. How do I request work?
- Submit a service request through your assigned account manager or through the dashboard directly.
- Fill out a briefing form.
- Receive a Credit Usage and Timeline Estimation and approve it for the work to start.
Unused credits are credits that have not been consumed by a started task or phase. The approved estimate sets the credit allocation for each task or phase. Once it starts, those credits are consumed, even if you choose not to continue. Starting one task does not consume credits allocated to unstarted tasks. If Samim stops the work, we will review the affected allocation against the work completed.
The subscription dashboard is included and will be set up during onboarding, with features depending on your subscription tier. Dashboards built for your own business are a separate service, scoped and priced independently.
13. Can I transfer or resell my Credits?
No, Credits cannot be transferred, resold, or used for speculative projects.
14. What if there are changes to the Terms?
Samim Studios reserves the right to modify the Terms and will notify you of any significant changes via email.
