AI video generation offers many possibilities, but keeping scenes, characters and assets consistent can become difficult when production is spread across isolated prompts and outputs.
The approach
The proposed model organizes scenes, character references, assets and generation instructions around a shared film project. It explores how creators could develop and review their work consistently. This is concept and architecture work; the SaaS product was not produced or launched.

Unreleased product concept
The scene is the unit of production.
The concept connects a scene to the references, instructions and outputs needed to develop it. Reusable character and asset information would carry context across scenes instead of leaving every generation isolated.
