The project
Sahem is a two-sided platform connecting startups and project owners with skilled contributors looking for real projects, practical experience, and opportunities to prove their capabilities.
The thinking
Challenge
The product solves two linked problems: founders may need professional support they cannot afford, while graduates need experience before employers will give them an opportunity.
Goal
Explain how Sahem creates mutual value by connecting real project needs with people eager to build practical experience.
Direction
Use two parallel character stories, one representing the project owner and one representing the graduate, then bring them together through the platform. Clear metaphors such as the closed door, empty resume, chicken-and-egg loop, and wall climb simplify the platform’s model.
